ประกาศแจ้งสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนสินค้าสำหรับลูกค้า 

บริษัทวีต้าอินโน จำกัด ในฐานะตัวแทนจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ BISSELL อย่างเป็นทางการ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาดที่ปลอดภัยและเชื่อถือได้  และมากกว่า 146 ปีที่ BISSELL® ใช้เวลาในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากผู้บริโภค  เราภูมิใจที่ได้ขายผลิตภัณฑ์หลายล้านเครื่องทั่วโลก เหนือสิ่งอื่นใดทางเรายังคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภคเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด


ทั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทได้ตรวจพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ BISSELL เครื่องดูดฝุ่นไร้สายแบบเปียก รุ่น  2582L มีปัญหาการทำงานเกี่ยวกับแผงวงจรแบตเตอรี่ ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นการรับผิดชอบ ทางเราจึงขอเรียกคืนเครื่องดูดฝุ่นไร้สายแบบเปียกรุ่นดังกล่าวที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยความสมัตรใจ และนำเสนอเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุด (2955N) ทั้งนี้ทางเราขอแนะนำให้ท่านหยุดใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวในเบื้องต้นและนำออกจากแท่นชาร์ต

ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบรุ่นสินค้า โดยดูได้จากหมายเลขรุ่นด้านหลังถังเก็บน้ำสะอาด หมายเลขจะแสดงอยู่ในแถบสีดำขนาดใหญ่บนสติกเกอร์ หมายเลขรุ่นที่ได้รับเรียกคืนคือ 2582L

At BISSELL, we are committed to designing cleaning products that are safe and reliable. With this in mind, we are proactively alerting you to a voluntary recall impacting product models 2582L due to a potential safety issue involving the battery management circuit boards. While no injuries have been reported, we still want to be responsible to issue a voluntary recall of these affected products and offering to replace with our latest model which is 2955N.

 

 

Please search for the model number behind the clean water tank. The number will be listed in a large black bar on the product information sticker - refer to the image below. The affected model numbers are 2582L.

You will need to send the machine back to BISSELL. To start the process of returning your Cordless MultiSurface Wet Dry Vacuum (2582L) for a replacement product please fill in this form to register your details and follow the steps.

BISSELL recommends you remove your vacuum from the charging base and stop using it immediately.

Please follow the instruction listed below to register voluntary replacement  processes:

1. Fill in the information required click here BISSELL® RECALL REQUEST FORM .

2. Submit the supporting proof of purchase that must be attached to the registration form e.g. a purchased receipt or warranty card specified the model of cordless wet and dry vacuum cleaner (model 2582L)

3. Pack products into box and deliver it back to the company as the following address;

4. The company will ship the new model (2955N) after receiving the product back and requested form registration within 14 working days

Warranty Terms and Conditions: The conditions below describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty. We provide warranty cover for an appliance subject to the following conditions:


1.         Warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery.

2.         The company will guarantee the product only for the operation of the machine.


This product warranty does not cover:

3.         Fragile parts or consumables are not included. and the warranty does not cover misuse, inappropriate operating conditions , and damage caused by the chemical. (There may be a cost to repair or replace the product. Including the case that it cannot be replaced or repaired)

4.         A purchase receipt or a warranty card must be presented

5.         If repairs are performed by persons not authorised by BISSELL, or if our appliances are fitted with non-original spare parts, extras or accessories the warranty becomes void.

6.         Likewise, no warranty liability will be accepted if failure to install or use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with the instructions provided, improper use, poor maintenance or failure to observe operating or assembly instructions.

We also offer to repair appliances which out of the warranty period on a chargeable basis, this consists of labour cost and charges for spare parts.
